Torus

Torus, a modern jazz quartet that operated around Essex in the 1980s comprising Gary Plumley (saxophones), Pete Jacobsen (piano), Mick Sexton (bass) and Trevor Taylor (drums) is reforming over Summer 2011 for a retrospective celebrating the music of that period with music drawn from Steps Ahead, Keith Jarrett and Chick Corea.

Pete Jacobsen sadly, died in 2002 and his role will be filled in this series by Jonathan Gee (piano).
