Mike Dignam, at the tender age of seventeen, wrote and recorded his debut album, producing a collection of songs full of teen angst and energy, wrapped up with dynamic vocals and composition belying his years. He put some of the songs on the internet and let people here them (back when MySpace was novel) and 30,000 fans quickly appeared on his profile. Without making banal comparisons you wouldn't be a million miles off the mark with likenings to James Morrison and Jason Mraz.
