The Northern Siren: Rosie Moon, Eleanor Conlon

An evening of poetic storytelling and live music. Eleanor Conlon and Rosie Moon are performers who write and perform both traditional and original tales through the art of storytelling and music. The deeds of mythical creatures and journeys of women seeking solace will be portrayed through the spoken word and the sultry sounds of the double bass. They will also be joined by lutenist Andrew Maginley for an interlude of medieval music.

Roused by Lute, She Wakes - works for the lute performed by Andrew Maginley.
The Centaur’s Curse - The tale of a woman with child who seeks safety by relinquishing her femininity.
The Northern Siren - A fatal romance of sea, sky and siren song; narrated by voices, double bass and percussion.
