This ticket guarantees entry until 9:15pm only. After this time, entry is space permitting. Advance tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of a show being cancelled. In certain circumstances credit notes will be issued.

The venue comprises both seated and standing space. There are a limited number of seats. These are allocated on a first come first served basis, so if you'd like a seat, please ensure you arrive early.

It’s committed to providing artists with an environment that is sympathetic to what they do, giving musicians the respect they and their music deserves - for this reason they ask for no talking and no use of mobile phones while artists are performing. Their music policy comes from the kitchen table, the roots of public performance- intimate, acoustic based, high quality musicianship with as little interference between performer and listener as possible.
