Meet Your Neighbours

The Gate Theatre are delighted to be working on a theatre project with members of the neighbourhood, in collaboration with director Emily Lim.

This is a chance for members the local community to take over their local theatre and ignite new conversation as they present a scratch sharing of some of their work.

Through a series of evening and weekend workshops a diverse group of people who live and work in the Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove area will come together as an ensemble to create an original piece of theatre exploring what it is to live in this area: what we want, expect or hope from those we live alongside, what it means to live and act as a community rather than as an individual, and what it takes to make change happen.
