Please note: Info provided by the Event Organiser

Saturday Dec 7th *Line-up Change*

Due to unforeseen circumstances Alice Francis will now perform in 2020. Alice Francis replaced by Electro Swing Pioneers The Correspondents (Live) and very direct.

Swing, swing, swing, swing everybody's got to swing! Sat Dec 07 - Guest hosts Jim Sharp (Dusty Donuts) plus Ali-B & Janette Slack (HK) soul slap and tenderise The South London Soul Train Live stage alongside 21st century Electro Swing champions The Correspondents (Live) and very direct. Expect to dance well harder y'all, as the quartet of red hot dancefloor nuking artists bring the heat and seriously fire up the dancefloor at The CLF Art Cafe.

Plus (and as always) we got so much more on multiple jumping floors, part of our ongoing mission to move your mind & body and force feed your soul with the absolute best of times at The South London Soul Train.

Get down!

Level 1 - The Correspondents (Live)
Band on stage around midnight

The Correspondents consist of singer Mr Bruce and producer Chucks. Both growing up in South London, they formed in 2007 and within two years had taken their hi-octane genre-blending dance music from house parties to festival main stages.

The show that quickly established the duo as one of the best live acts in the UK (The Telegraph's top 10 Highlights of Glastonbury in two consecutive years) has the monochrome clad Mr Bruce singing with force, scatting at speed and dancing like his life depends on it while Chucks takes the audience on a journey through a multitude of genres from jazz and blues to the nether regions of electro and drum’n’bass and we truly can't wait to welcome them back to sonically demolish The South London Soul Train Live stage.

Release yourselves!

Then on Level 2 - Funks gonna hit the fan, as rare 45" vinyl junkies, The Legendary Snowboy and Jazzcotech Head Perry Louis drop more of the platters that absolutely still matter and wait for the sweat to fall. The finest selections in groove and downright nastiest in Funk, served up and delivered hard and direct to the dancefloor. All night long.

Room 3 - It's all about The Northern Soul of it all. Your Northern Soul Room host The Legendary Rob Messer and Oscar Romp dropping more seismic northern soul joints of epic proportions, hard and heavy on yehs. All on 45! Get down!

The South London Soul Train line up completed in The Rye Wax / Basement. The Super Soul Bowl. Your hosts, Wah Wah 45s supremo Dom Servini and Bopperson take you on another global excursion through the planes of World Wide Wonder Funk, Soul, Groove, Disco, Hip Hop Boogie & Beyond. Absolutely Positively Taste.T.
