Michele Osten's Jazz Trio

Born in Seattle, Michele grew up listening and singing along to the Great American Songbook of the 1950s and ’60s as well as Soul, Blues and R&B. After graduating from high school, she temporarily put music on the back-burner in favour of travelling the globe.

Following a number of semi-professional gigs in France, including performing alongside the Big Band of Le Conservatoire de Nevers, Michele moved across the channel. It was here in the UK that she finally settled and fell firmly back in love with vocal performance and in particular jazz.

Now a British Citizen, Michele hosts her own podcast (Michele’s Jazz Paradise) and performs live throughout the UK with her band Mo’s Jazz Trio. She has also recently been asked to take lead vocals with ChiJazz; a quartet comprised of some of the finest jazz musicians in the south.
