Effortlessly confident, James's appreciation for the whimsy and detail of everyday life are a breath of fresh air. His laid back style, playful wit and appetite for the unconventional make for an evening of mirth and hilarity, and a night in his company is a treat to behold.
Since winning Laughing Boy New Act of the Year, James has gone from strength to strength appearing on Dave's One Night Stand, Russell Howard's Good News (BBC Three), Mock The Week (BBC Two) and releasing his own three part Netflix special in 2018.
'Curious, original, immensely enjoyable stuff' (The Daily Telegraph)
'Deliciously daft and no slouch in the surprises department... One of comedy’s most original voices' (Evening Standard)
'Reminiscent of Stewart Lee or Richard Herring but suffused with enough of his own personality to sound crisp and fresh' (The Independent)
'Stand-up of the highest most playful order' (The Guardian).
James Acaster was placed in Ents24's top 10 hardest-working comedians 2016.

Rob grew up in south east London in a large extended family of taxi drivers where it was a fight to be heard.
As a middle child desperate for attention he needed to be funny so was in awe of his Grandad's jokes, but only until he saw a Tommy Cooper video and realised Grandad Cook was a massive plagiarist.
'A little short of a revelation (The Scotsman)
'Relentlessly smiley, perpetually grinning Londoner whose unshowy, unpretentious but thoroughly funny shtick has every chance of winning him a big audience' (The Guardian).
'He already has the confidence of a veteran' (The Times).
'Joyous, cheek aching and touching stand up' (Shortlist).
Rob Beckett was placed in Ents24's top 10 hardest-working comedians 2016.

After starting comedy in 2009 at 18, Matt has become one of the fastest rising stars in comedy. 2013 saw Matt presenting ITV2's The Xtra Factor and appearing on Celebrity Juice, Nevermind The Buzzcocks, Sweat the Small Stuff and many more, and also touring with his debut national tour. From interviewing millionaire dogs in LA, to having his phone nicked by Kate Moss – Matt Richardson has done some strange things.
'Mildly laddish, but self deprecating stories all delivered with an irresistible twinkle...
This (extremely) young stand-up is poised to be the next bright, young sensation on the circuit - expect to hear a lot more of him' (The Guardian)
'Hilarious and charming' (The Daily Mirror).

Ray Peacock has had an impressive comedy career, both as one half of the critically acclaimed double-act Peacock & Gamble, and as a solo writer, performer, actor and presenter.
The loveably juvenile entertainer has established himself as one of the most popular compères, headline performers and TV warm-up acts on the circuit, garnering Chortle Comedy Award nominations in four successive years. He is contentedly resigned to never actually winning one.
