Professor of Poetry at Oxford University, Simon Armitage once stated that he actually wanted to be a rock star but instead settled for poetry. Armitage’s latest play, The Odyssey, is currently on at the Liverpool Everyman theatre with the poet giving an intimate reading in the gallery this November. Price includes a complementary glass of wine.
