La Nativité du Seigneur
Join Lincoln Cathedral for the annual performance of La Nativité du Seigneur on Sunday 10 December 2017. Played on the world renowned Father Willis Organ and performed by Lincoln Cathedral’s own Organist Laureate, Colin Walsh in the striking Nave of The Cathedral. The evening will consist of a series of meditations for the Organ whilst exploring the story of Christmas.
Olivier Messiaens 1935 masterpiece is considered to be one of the greatest Organ compositions of all time. La Nativité du Seigneur is a Christmas tradition at Lincoln Cathedral and one not to be missed.
