The Declining Winter

The Declining Winter are the brainchild of Hood co-founder Richard Adams. He makes warmly produced, forward-thinking, melancholic English music referencing Talk Talk, Bark Psychosis, Robert Wyatt, Radiohead and of course his former buddies Hood. These are the band’s first gigs in five years to promote latest album ‘Home For Lost Souls’ (Home Assembly).

Manyfingers

Manyfingers is the solo project of Movietone/Soeza member and Third Eye Foundation collaborator Chris Cole. He makes incredible neo-classical compositions that reference Philip Glass and Steve Reich. His latest album ‘The Spectacular Nowhere’(Ici d'ailleurs) features vocals from David Callahan (The Wolfhounds/Moonshake) and is a thought provoking tour de force of comforting beauty matched with impassioned realism.

Gerrard Bell-Fife

Gerrard Bell-Fife is Bradford’s best kept secret. He performs beautiful finger picked songs that have all the richness and melancholy of the greatest bits of the Nick Drake and Bill Callahan back catalogues. He has a beautiful baritone voice that lesser mortals would die for and audiences tend to turn to putty in his hands.

Some DJ’s will spin some fantastic new sounds in between the bands.

The Declining Winter

Electronica-indie 5-piece featuring the co-founders of leftfield musical pioneers Hood with Low and Durutti Column influences.
