Polo - formed of vocalist Kat Mchugh, synth man Luke Lount and drummer Dan Egdell - might hail from Leeds, but the group’s glacial atmospherics and lush, r’n’b tinged pop are an ethereal world away from the spit’n’sawdust DIY scene that the city’s best known for.

Having received plaudits from the likes of Noisey, Stereogum, Wonderland and BBC 6 Music on the back of the release of their previous single ‘Visions of Fortune’, 2017 will see the band embark on a headline tour to promote their new EP ‘Alice’ having previously seen them billed alongside the likes of Porches, The Japanese House and Bipolar Sunshine.
