A new two handed version of Stephen Lowe's play, based on Tressell's classic book.

The story follows a group of decorators and their struggle for survival as they live on poverty wages whilst generating huge profits for their masters. They are joined by Owen, an artist and visionary, who attempts to rouse his fellow
workers from their political complacency.

Forever relevant and provoking, this gem of period humorous theatre is first class irreverent entertainment.
