Arts@Trinity presents a concert with St. Peter's Singers and the soloists of the National Festival Orchestra under the direction of Simon Lindley.
This year marks 290 years since Holy Trinity Church was consecrated and Handel's music was first performed in the building. At the same time it is the 290th anniversary of the coronation of King George II and Queen Caroline for which Handel had been commissiond to write the music.
This concert will feature the "Coronation Anthems" [alongside "The Anthem on the Peace" [1749]
Doors will open half an hour before concert begin (3:30pm)
