Shook Twins, Jackson Lake

Born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho, The Shook Twins now live in Portland Oregon.

Central to the twins sound are a wide range of instrumentation that includes electric guitar, banjo, mandolin, electric and upright bass, drums beat-box, ukulele and their signature golden egg, played by identical twins Katelyn and Laurie Shook and band members Kyle Volkman and Niko Dauossis.

Beautiful harmonies layered with acoustic and electric instrumentation set their sound apart, creating a unique and eclectic blend of folk, roots, groove and soul.

Live they put on a heck of a show, personal music that lights up the stage with joy and enthusiasm. The band laid back and fun on stage, drawing the listener in and taking them on an adventure.
