The SK2 Jazz Orchestra return for another blast through the swinging repertoire of ace arranger and band leader Stan Kenton.
The concert will feature music spanning the length and breadth of the career of the last major band leader to emerge from the Big Band era. SK2 performs exclusively music originally played by the Stan Kenton Band, and band leader and drummer Dave Tyas has hand-picked the musicians to recreate their exhilarating sound.
