40s On With Pam Ayres
40 years after she first appeared on Opportunity Knocks, and following the release of her latest book You Made Me Late Again!, Pam Ayres comes to the LBT.
Pam’s poems are instantly recognisable and dependably hilarious, their apparent simplicity masking her keen eye for everyday absurdities and her hair-trigger timing. She’s still a regular on radio and television, but it’s in a live setting that her wit and warmth can really be experienced to the full.
