The Songs Of Bowie

As the title of the main band explains they will be playing the "Songs of Bowie" covering many of Davids well known songs and album tracks together with a few surprise gems (The Laughing Gnome has been mentioned !)

This fun set has been put together to raise money for the Motor Neuron Disease Association -MNDA - a crippling illness which impacts many and needs funding to develop its research and support of those affected. The accomplished musicians are all local who have been in various Bands forever - well lets say a few decades and leave it there -expect a great fun night of nostalgia and singing along to Bowie songs which for many of us is the soundtrack to our lives.

Rich Sadler - Guitar and Lead Vocals
Paul Johnston -Drums and no Backing Vocals ( he cant sing )
Graham Vinton - Keyboards and Backing Vocals
Nick Szczepanik-Bass and Backing Vocals

Support on at 8pm from another local band Blue Sky Falling which you must not miss- an acoustic trio performing an original song set for only their 8th gig utilising 3 part harmonies and 12 string Acoustic only with influences from Talking Heads and a million others beyond.
