Tonight Edana performs in quartet with regular collaborators: Mark Edwards, acclaimed local piano player, arranger and composer; Pete Maxfield, one of the most accomplished and sought-after double-bass players in the South of England, whose ability to feel the heart of each song makes him a perfect partner for Edana’s highly expressive delivery; and Lee Goodall, multi-talented instrumentalist who has worked with the greats, including Van Morrison and Steve Gadd, on tenor sax. His beautiful instinctive playing earnt him the title of most popular jazz saxophonist in Wales.
Expect a moving, uplifting and intimate performance from this very special ensemble.
