Be Kind To Yourself Charity Concert
The 'Be Kind To Yourself' Charity Concert is in aid of local and national mental health charities and will be taking place on Saturday 15th October to coincide with World Mental Health Day, which occurs in the same week.
The evening promises to be a lively event with 3 very popular local acts in the form of Subrosa5 for a rock set, Tony Goff for a more acoustic sound, and local favourite Ant Barnes.
The aim of the evening is firstly to raise funds for National Mind, Buckinghamshire Mind, Richmond Fellowship, YES and World Mental Health Day charities, but also to raise awareness around the resources available to people should things become a bit too much.
