Hertford Entrepreneurs' Network - Apprenticeship Schemes

The evening will focus on apprenticeship schemes available to small to medium sized employers.
Apprenticeships are work based training programmes, designed with employers, which combine on and off the job learning and development activities. They are used to develop employees who are in new job roles including higher level roles.

The evening will be designed to educate entrepreneurs on the benefits of taking on an apprentice focusing on:

- Apprenticeship Grants
- Recruitment
- Additional work force
- Corporate Image
- Employee Commitment and Retention
- Social Benefits

Entrepreneurs are invited to attend the evening free of charge although pre registration is essential.
