Beauty And The Beast
The Henley Children’s Theatre (in its 46th year) brings you this traditional pantomime story with the usual Pythonesque characters served up by writer Mike Hurst. A talented young cast of enthusiastic children bring you laughs, great tunes and plenty of fun. Prince Perfect is turned into a beast for being unkind to enchantress gypsy Rosalie.
When our heroine Belle Jolie is imprisoned by him, he falls in love with her, but his time is running out! Belle is allowed to return home on the understanding she returns within a week. Gaston Superbe, the town’s resident bully, prevents her and when belle discovers the beast is dying, she rushes back to comfort him and turns him back into a handsome prince.
