BBC Folk Awards 2010 - Winner of the Horizon Award for best newcomer Guitarist and songwriter Sam Carter is in more demand than ever. From performances at the Royal Festival Hall for Richard Thompson's Meltdown to sharing the stage with the great Nic Jones, Sam continues to impress audiences and fellow artists alike.
Sam is armed with a 'killer voice' (Nitin Sawhney), and has the ability to play his guitar 'like a harp' (Time Out). His new album 'No Testament' is out in August 2012.
