He has made 18 TV series and documentaries for the BBC including Incredible Edibles, Cooking in the Danger Zone, Gastronuts, Harvest, Can Eating Insects Save The World?, Food Factory, E Numbers: An Edible Adventure. He performs some of the biggest live science shows in the country at the biggest science festivals and has written six books about extraordinary food.
