Directed by Sarah Tipple, who has revived Anthony Minghella's Madam Butterfly for ENO and delighted audiences with her hilarious Barbershopera productions, this highly inventive and theatrical new production is sung in a new English version by OperaUpClose Artistic Director, Robin Norton-Hale (La Boheme & La Traviata) with an orchestration for piano, viola and clarinet by Alex Beetschen.
