SEJAM is hosting a music night at Bar des Arts, opposite the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Millbrook, on June 3 from 8pm and is inviting musicians along to play on the night.

Thomas Williams, Organiser at SEJAM, said: “We had such a fun time during our last jam night so we can’t wait for the next one. We’re inviting musicians from the area to come along and get on-stage with other like-minded musicians for a jam session.

“The rules are, there are no rules, and people can play whatever they like on-stage. It’s a great opportunity to perform alongside musicians you wouldn’t usually play with and see where the music takes you.

“Our house band will be present on the night and playing lots of great tunes. They’ll also be available to jam with any of the musicians that attend. The night is free and all people need to do is pop in with their instruments.”

Sara Burks, Co-owner at Bar des Arts, said: “There are some super talented musicians in the area and we had great fun watching them perform during the last jam session.

“We hope lots of them back again to get together and play with some different musicians and anyone who hasn’t come along before, should definitely consider it, whether they want to get on-stage or simply pop in to watch the show.”
