Cities And Towns: UB40
Birmingham’s world-famous reggae stars UB40 have announced a UK tour for December 2017.
Featuring UB40’s five founding members Robin Campbell, Brian Travers, Jimmy Brown, Earl Falconer and Norman Hassan, and long-time members Duncan Campbell, Martin Meredith, Lawrence Parry and Tony Mullings, the ‘Cities and Towns Tour’ dates will take in shows up and down the country including one at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, with the tour ending in Southampton on 22nd December.
Fans can expect to hear UB40’s greatest hits, including ‘Food For Thought’, ‘One In Ten’, ‘Kingston Town’, ‘(I Can't Help) Falling in Love With You’ and ‘Red, Red Wine’, amongst many, many others.
This event takes place at The Scottish Event Centre & Clyde Auditorium (The Armadillo), which has achieved Bronze Status for disabled access from Attitude Is Everything.
Birmingham's acclaimed reggae band have been together since 1978 and have had numerous hits including 1 In 10, Cherry Oh Baby, Homely Girl and Red Red Wine. Following the departure of vocalist Ali Campbell in 2008, UB40’s five remaining founding members Robin Campbell, Brian Travers, Jimmy Brown, Earl Falconer and Norman Hassan continue to record and tour extensively.
