Making their name in the Miami punk clubs playing hard country to audiences who were knocked-out by their sound, the five-piece were signed to MCA Nashville. Soon a wider audience discovered this unique band, and played their loose and feverish tunes. Crossing America led to crossing the Atlantic, and now the whole world can experience The Mavericks' rare balance of vintage music and contemporary attitude.
