Taiko Night Glasgow

Taiko drumming is an energetic, physical and highly choreographed art form which has thrilled audiences worldwide. Originally from Japan, this traditional folk art is developing and spreading as a modern European art-form. The performers and teachers with the Dojo are among the UK's leading players in this art-form, many of whom tour with Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers.

Join our regular taiko night and learn a taiko drumming piece in a 10-week course. The course will include technique and exercises to improve overall playing, in addition to repertoire. This course will form part of a series of courses running regularly throughout the year. Take your taiko playing to the next level with "Taiko Night"!
