Following the release of a controversial documentary, a cultish hate group, The Fosterbrook New Age Church of Christ, must now deal with the criticism that accompanies being in the spotlight.

As an attempt to both exploit and manage their newfound infamy, the church’s manipulative leader sends his young reformed pupil to appear on America’s most popular chat show. The TV appearance proves more challenging than expected and the young man’s beliefs, convictions, and faith in his 'church' are consequently threatened.
