One of the most sought-after acts in the country. Perrier Award Nominee and Polygram Award winner for best stand-up at the Edinburgh Festival. Undoubtedly one of Britain's sharpest comic brains - all this and he doesn't swear.
'He's been one of my favourite stand-ups for about ten years (Ricky Gervais)
'In the premier league of comedy' (The Independent)
'He makes me laugh out loud, I can't wait to see him live' (Sir Ian McKellen)
'Bloom is perhaps the perfect comedian' (The List).

Tony Cowards is a quickfire joke teller (described by the List magazine as a 'Pun-osaurus') whose one-liners cover a wide spectrum of subjects, his quick wit has made him sought after by comedy promoters all around the UK both as an act and as a compere.
'Tony is the best joke writer around' (James Mullinger, GQ Magazine)
'Tony Cowards tells silly jokes which are funny' (Ava Vidal).

Anecdotal, observational and refreshingly honest. Gerry differs from many black comedians in that his experiences are not what you'd expect from this Eastender raised in rural Essex.
He has played at The Comedy Store, The Bearcat and Downstairs at The Kings Head in addition to TV's Take The Mike and a cameo on Jimmy Carr's Xmas DVD. What you see is certainly not what you get. You may recognise his face from TV’s ‘The Bill’ and ‘FHM Comedy Heroes’.
'His humorous stories and factual tales are told with a ‘twinkle in the eyes’ and leave his audiences crying with laughter' (Funhouse Comedy).

Award winning comedian James Sherwood is resident compere at Cheeky Chappies in London and a regular stand-up comic, touring throughout the UK, including performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and making regular television appearances. His topical material and astute observations are sure to have you laughing. "Imaginative musical jokes and beautifully crafted original comedy songs. The material he offers is fresh, contemporary and pin-sharp original." -Guardian.
