Wilderness is back in 2015 following a sell out year in 2014. Expect another fantastic weekend of music and entertainment.
From the creators of Secret Garden Party, Wilderness carries the same hedonistic vibe but more chilled with a variety of workshops, banquets, spoken-word events and arts activities.
Talks and Debates will be exploring some key ideas this year, grouped very loosely around three central themes. The first, 'Brave New Worlds and Big Ideas', will gather a roll call of speakers daring to think big and dream even bigger for the future. The second theme addresses “Who the hell do we think we are!?”. The third theme will pivot around “Freedom of Expression”.
Gastronomy will feature top Michelin-starred chefs and DJs.
The low-key line up has a folky feel to it with many new discoveries to be heard. Instead of focusing purely on music - this festival is a lot more about food, entertainment and dancing - it’s a place to chill and explore your inner spirituality.
The location is like a relaxing sanctuary set in the Oxfordshire countryside based around a peaceful lake; it’s a revival of the medieval times.
Wilderness was named the best festival under 15000 in 2012 at the Live UK Music Business Awards.
