Using his gifts for lyricism and wry observation, Andrew Combs weaves tales of love, sin and redemption, in a style that brings together classic country and contemporary pop. Combs continues to carve out his own singular path as an artist, finally reaching the heights of his Texas songwriting heroes. With the deluxe digital reissue of Andrew Combs’ debut album Worried Man the Texas-bred, Nashville based artist has been given that rare opportunity; a do-over. The deluxe version of Worried Man (reissued via Loose), will include two songs from the album Andrew has re-recorded for the release. Worried Man will be re-issued on 18 January, repackaged and available for the first time on heavyweight white vinyl, as well as on CD and as a deluxe digital package which you can pre-order here - smarturl.it/worriedman Focusing on the present, Andrew Combs will undertake his most extensive European tour to date, with shows throughout the UK, The Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia starting this week and continuing into early February. Andrew then returns to the US for dates, pairing for co-bills with Erin Rae, then Caitlin Rose.

Whitney Rose

Whitney Rose appearing at this event

Whitney Rose is a Canadian singer and songwriter who describes her sound as 'vintage-pop-infused neo-traditional country'. She grew up on Prince Edward Island and was exposed to country music from a very young age: as a child she spent most of her time at her grandparents' bar, where the jukebox constantly played hits by Hank Williams, Kitty Wells, Patsy Cline, and Dolly Parton. She counts the latter two and singer Keith Whitley as her biggest influences in the genre.
