Lincolnshire Showground is set to host a brand new music festival that will deliver world-renowned international rock bands alongside a host of breakthrough acts from near and far.
From 24th – 26th May around 70 bands will perform over three stages along with a craft village, children’s entertainment and reenactments.

Since forming in 1989, The Wildhearts have remained at the forefront of the British rock scene and their legendary live shows have been second to none. The Wildhearts, with the line up of Ginger and CJ on guitars and vocals, bassist Danny McCormack and Ritch Battersby on drums, continue to hold firm with their motto 'Louder than llfe and better than everything else'. 2019 sees the release of 'Renaissence Men', their first new album in 10 years.

The Virginmarys exploded onto the rock music scene in 2013 with their album 'King of Conflict', which debuted #3 on the Billboard New Artist Alternative Chart and #8 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart. With 'King of Conflict', The Virginmarys were dubbed the buzz band of SXSW, received major support from US Active Rock and Alternative radio, and press acclaim from Rolling Stone, Alternative Press, USA Today, and more.
The band followed up with 2016’s Divides which, in addition to major press, was hailed by Apple Music, Spotify, Yahoo! Music, and more. The Virginmarys have brought their highly charged live show to tours throughout the US, Europe, and Japan, supporting artists including Queens of the Stone Age, Shinedown, Eagles of Deathmetal, Crobot, and hitting huge festivals to include Reading & Leeds, Download Festival, Sonisphere, Isle of Wight Festival, and more.

Bullets and Octane is a hard rock band originally from St. Louis, Missouri and now based in Southern California. The band has toured in Europe, Japan and North America and played with bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, Social Distortion, Bad Religion, Eagles of Death Metal, Unwritten Law, Deftones, CKY, Korn and Flogging Molly, amongst others, as well as headlining their own tours.

Colt 45 is a three piece punk/alt rock band from Cumbria with big hooks and big riffs. They bring a fusion of rapid fire Punk Rock N Roll that showcases a range of influences as diverse as Polar Bear Club to Springsteen. Winning national plaudits from the likes of Kerrang! Magazine, Rock Sound, Big Cheese Magazine, BBC Radio One and more, Colt 45 are a testament to the phrase “substance over style”. Merging heartfelt, small-town frustration with melodic punk anthems and contagious hooks, the trio have worked their way up from the bottom by gigging relentlessly.

Kickin Valentina plays loud unapologetic rock n roll. The band was formed in 2013 by guitarist Heber Pampillon and drummer Jimmy Berdine. After
meeting vocalist Joe Edwards (whose distinctive style has been described as a 'diamond in the dirt'), they began writing and rehearsing, then recruited bassist Chris Taylor to round out the lineup.

Assembled from parts lying around Melbourne in 2012, Massive are a volatile macho-rock engine fueled on adrenaline, lager and a determination to party hard. Known to travel thousands of miles across the baking desert between gigs, these riot-starting, fist swinging road dogs mean business. Brimming with attitude, these boys deliver balls-to-the-wall rock anthems.

Naked Six provided a welcome contrast. Imagine a combination of Led Zeppelin and Cream and throw in a touch of Iggy Pop and AC/DC for a flavour of where they're coming from. Naked Six are Seb Byford on vocals and guitar, Caleb Quaye on bass and Tom Witts on drums.

The King Lot is a Melodic/Hard Rock band from the heart of Central Scotland.
Formed in late 2013 by longtime friends Jason Sweeney (Vocals, Bass), Michael Fairbairn (Guitar, Vocals), Chris Gillon (Drums, Vocals) and inspired by hugely successful, international arena/stadium bands such as: Gun, Guns N' Roses, Bon Jovi,
Def Leppard, Thunder, Foo Fighters and U2.
It's fairly evident in their sound that the band wanted to take these influences, put them in a melting pot, add some of their own raw energy and bring the classic rock sound bang up to date.
Fans describe them as, “the lovechild of Guns n’ Roses and Bon Jovi” with a style likened to, “a hard rock U2 but better.”
Their self-titled debut album received international critical acclaim, gaining notable recognition from: Planet Rock, Powerplay Magazine, Fireworks Magazine and many more.
Featuring 10 tracks, the album was produced, mixed and mastered by Martin Merenyi and self-released via the band’s own Crown Jewels Records label.
Since their formation, each new year has been even more successful for The King Lot having played countless shows across the UK with like-minded rock acts: The Answer, Inglorious, Big Country, Dan Reed Network, Electric Boys, Quireboys and many more while developing a solid reputation as a great live act and picking up a strong and loyal following.

Witch Tripper are a powerful 3 piece stoner groove metal band formed in January 2014. Gigging most weekends at pubs, clubs and festivals (including Bloodstock and Beermaggedon), Witch Tripper have a dedicated fan base, especially in the Mansfield area. Influences include other metal bands such as Black Sabbath, Extreme, Clutch and Orange Goblin.
