Take a moment and imagine this.....a hot and sunny July afternoon, a pint of Rutland Beast, a cool breeze blowing across the water, some hot rocking music and you're kicking back and having a relaxing time....you must be at a lost weekend
So get your tickets, leave the kids at the in-laws, dig out your shorts and shades, head down to Rutland Water, pitch your tent in the lost village and have a lost weekend
Two stages of great music.....the Horseshoe stage featuring national and international artists with a couple of surprising acts you must not miss.....
and the Osprey stage giving a host of unsigned artists the opportunity to be seen and heard by a wider audience.
Feeling peckish....what's it to be.....a lost weekend offers cuisine from around the world, only fresh, quality food is served at a lost weekend.....and wash it down with a pint of Rutland Bitter
So if you made it to a lost weekend, you might have forgotten something or need to buy a gift for the one you left at home, while you got lost....then pop down to the trading post browse the stalls or buy some festival merchandise so when you make it back home you will remember where it was you got lost.
So that's what it is all about.....it’s not the Isle of Wight, Glastonbury or Download, it’s a temporary weekend home for lovers of good music, great beer, good food and a chance to meet like-minded people, who also got lost in England's smallest county.
