The Government Inspector

Anton Antonovich, a mayor in small-town Russia, is in a crisis. A government official is coming to inspect his district and, in Anton's words, 'this is a disaster!' The inspector is willing to overlook misdemeanours for a bribe, but is he who he says he is?
