The Sound Of Music

LIDOS are proud to present their latest production, the world's best-loved musical, 'The Sound of Music', which was the final musical written by Rodgers and Hammerstein.

With its unforgettable score, the Sound of Music brims over with memorable songs such as 'My Favourite Things', 'Do-Re-Mi', 'Climb Ev'ry Mountain', 'The Lonely Goatherd', 'Sixteen Going on Seventeen' and of course the wonderful title song 'The Sound of Music'.

It's the perfect family treat and works its magic on young and old alike.

Leeds Insurance Dramatic And Operatic Society was launched on 14th January 1974 with the opening night of their production of Gershwin's Lady Be Good.
