Eleanor Tiernan abandoned her civil engineering training to become a stand-up in 2004 – and within her first year appeared on RTE’s The Liffey Laughs and BBC’s One Night Stand. In 2007, she starred in the Edinburgh Fringe play Help!, and made her solo show debut the following year. She then played to more than 120,000 people as the support act for her cousin, Tommy Tiernan, on his Bovinity tour, She also played the ditzy waitress, Emer, on RTE2’s youth-orientated chat show The Cafe. Phil Ellis is a comedian and writer known for his chaotic stand-up and live performances. Phil broke onto the comedy scene with his widely acclaimed Funz and Gamez, which won the Panel Prize at the 2014 Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards. He is making his way in TV with The Tapeface Tapes (BBC3) and Phil’s Ill: Comedy Shorts (Dave). 'Ellis sets such a cracking pace. Kai Samra began performing stand up in 2016. Within his first 6 months gigging he was the Up The Creek Blackout Competition Winner three times, a finalist in the Manchester Comedy Store Gong Competition as well as winning many smaller comedy competitions. He has risen quickly to gigging professionally with well loved acts such as James Acaster, Paul Foot, Dane Baptiste, Paul Chowdhry, Nathan Caton and Holly Walsh, at venues including Watford Colluseum Arena.
