How did Chrystal Macmillan of Edinburgh become an organiser for the International Congress of Women in 1915? Independent scholar Helen Kay explores how 1,200 women met at The Hague amidst warfare to discuss how the First World War, and all wars, could be ended. Kay will lead the debate to consider how we should acknowledge these brave women.
