British Music Hall Society

Following the success of last year’s event, the British Music Hall Society returns for another all-day celebration of the worlds of music hall and variety with Music - Comedy - Song - Guest Speakers - Archive Film Footage. Come and spend a fun day and wallow in nostalgia.

Morning includes Roy Hudd and Wyn Calvin; Steve Hewlett and Arthur Lager; an interview with Gail Morecambe (Eric’s daughter); The Hippodrome Music Hall with West End Star Julia Sutton, Peter John, Roger Barber and Mickie Driver.

Afternoon includes They Played The Hippodrome; Recalling Flanders and Swannwith Stefan Bednarczyk; John Hewer in his acclaimed London production of JustLike That - The Tommy Cooper Show; and The Royal (Hippodrome) Variety Performancewith Paul Daniels, Marilyn Hill Smith, Adam Daye, Brandyn Shaw and The Plummers.
