Keith Kirk

Wildlife photographer and filmmaker Keith Kirk was born and raised in Galloway and following a career of over 35 years as a local countryside ranger he is now in semi-retirement and hoping to spend more time on his passion for photography. Although he is still working three days a week as the lead ranger with Nocturnal Wildlife Tours based in Castle Douglas.

A well known and award winning wildlife photographer he knows Dumfries and Galloway intimately and his presentation will take you around the region looking at its wildlife and how best to photograph everything from adders to red squirrels.

Keith is also the wildlife feature writer for the award winning Dumfries and Galloway Life magazine. He also writes a Nature Notes column in the Galloway News as well as keeping his Facebook page and website updated with his latest work.
