Dumfries Ghost Walk - Mary Timney Anniversary

On the 29th of April 1862, Mary Reid (or Timney) made history when she became the last woman to be publicly executed in Scotland - right here in Dumfries.

To mark this darkly poignant date, we're running a special Dumfries Ghost walk; the tour will feature all the classic ghost walk stories with a particular focus on Mary Timney and Robert Smith (last man to be publicly executed in Scotland).
