Gentle Class

The Gentle Class is a slower paced class aimed at those who feel they are not ready for general classes, especially those who are stiffer, older or unfit. In fact, those who are stiff benefit tremendously from a regular yoga class, and always report that they feel better at the end of the class compared to when they arrived.

Beginners are welcome. Concessions available. Runs Wednesdays.
