The Mighty Gatecrasher

The Mighty Gatecrasher are not just another Rock band... In early 1997, I was relaxing in my radox, in my singletons flat in Hucknall waiting for the clock to run around to the morning, with all the delights of work again, when I thought 'there's gotta be more to life than this'...

Whilst I was reading the admag, I came across an advert which read, 'vocalist wanted for local rock covers band' along with the number of the contactee, who later turned out to be none other than Jester's now bassman Andy Pilkington, late of the legendary band 'Powerarc'. That's when the party started. I went along to an audition at Bulwell, where I was dire! but the gods were with me (and not perhaps the other lads). With an awesome twin guitar sound that is as tight as my wallet strap, and a drummer who really is the best, and my beloved Rev on the bass line, Gatecrasher is the band to strive to aspire to on our level!
