Tickets for Radio 1's Big Weekend are free. Registration for tickets will open Thursday 31st March - tune in to Scott Mills on Radio 1 from 6.30am for more information.

Ticket preference will be given to residents of the local area, with tickets allocated at random based on postcode. Tickets will be allocated randomly, but weighted in favour of those living in Carlisle, Cumbria and the surrounding areas, including the Scottish Borders and North East of England, with a smaller amount distributed throughout the rest of the UK.
