Following the release of her debut album, Sheridan: The Album, Sheridan Smith heads out on tour in April 2018.

Sheridan: The Album finds one of the nation’s most beloved stars of stage and screen interpreting a wide range of timeless classics which are the perfect match for her soaring voice. At the heart of this eclectic collection are a number of standout tracks from family favourite musicals, such as ‘City of Stars’ from ‘La La Land’, a confessional take ‘And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going’ from ‘Dreamgirls’ and ‘For Forever’ from the contemporary Broadway smash ‘Dear Evan Hansen’.

Yet Sheridan also possesses the talent to reimagine big pop hits as hazy, late night torch songs. It’s a skill that’s particularly evident in the album opener ‘Crazy’ – a imaginative choice of Gnarls Barkley’s record-breaking smash rather than the Patsy Cline country standard – and ‘Addicted To Love’, which has the attitude of Florence + The Machine’s version rather than Robert Palmer’s original.
