The Whoo, The Quikbeats

The unique event Quadrophenia Night returns to Artrix, giving fans of British film and the music of the 1960s another opportunity to relive the culturally significant period in post-war British history which was responsible much of the music that came to be known internationally as 'The British Invasion'.

This special event will again combine a live music experience featuring performances by two top tribute bands with an opportunity to see a screening of Franc Roddam's cult classic movie (cinema tickets sold separately).

Opening the live music event will be Artrix favourites The Quikbeats who will perform a set which takes its inspiration from the original sixties hits that feature in the movie including tracks made famous by The Kinks and The Small Faces etc...

The Whoo will then round off the night with their high energy tribute to rock giants The Who with a full set that will include many of the tracks from the Quadrophenia album as well as all The Who's big hits.
