Mindfulness 8 Week Course
Huw Griffiths is leading the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) developed by JonKabat-Zinn.
The mindfulness course progressively opens you to the possibility of living your life differently with more freedom of mind, happiness and wellbeing.
Mindfulness has been clinically shown to help anxiety, worry, stress and depression.
The course is run over 8 weeks and includes workbook, CD guided meditations and a 1 day silent retreat.
