In a culture preoccupied with perfect smiles, keeping a stiff upper lip and for everything to always be ‘fine’: how do we deal with difficult things? What happens if we don’t want to deal with them?

Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry and sometimes we try our best to distract ourselves. But don’t worry: it’s okay, we’re dealing with it.

After a sell out run at Brighton Fringe 2016 and a sell out in Brighton Festival 2017, “It’s okay, I’m Dealing With It.” asks what we do when things aren’t okay.
