Dance For Dementia

This summer Dance for Dementia returns uniting a cast of over one hundred Bristol-based dancers in a spectacular new show. The event is now in its third year, having already raised over seven thousand pounds for Alzheimer's society. Featuring performances in over fifteen dance styles from around the world, presented by past favourites as well as exciting new acts, Dance for Dementia is a sensational production that is guaranteed to be enjoyed by all!

Alzheimer's Society research shows that 800,000 people in the UK have a form of dementia, more than half have Alzheimer's disease. In less than ten years a million people will be living with dementia. This will soar to 1.7 million people by 2051. Alzheimer's Society provides research investment, training and development, local support and services, and also raises the awareness of dementia to create a better future for people who are living with the condition.
